STUDENT WITHDRAWAL

All student withdrawals must be completed at your child’s individual school building.

Student Withdrawal Procedure:

1. Download the Student Withdrawal Form.
2. Complete the form and return it to your child’s school.

 

Please complete one form per child. By assisting the district in this way, we can better assist you in forwarding school records to your child’s new school in the hopes of helping with a smooth transition.
